Delfeayo Marsalis
Delfeayo Marsalis (b July 28, 1965) is an American jazz trombonist, record producer and educator, brother of Wynton, Branford and Jason Marsalis. A graduate of the Berklee College of Music, he has recorded and produced more than a hundred jazz recordings that are essentially accoustic in nature. In 2000, Delfeayo founded the Uptown Music Theatre as a center for the musical training of New Orleans youth. He and his father (Ellis) and brothers received the NEA Jazz Masters Award in 2011.
