Jane Monheit has been a star from the release of her first album to the present day.  Born in Oakdale, N.Y. on November 3^rd 1977, she absorbed music from her parents and graduated from the Manhattan School of Music (after a runner-up finish in the 1998 Thelonious Monk Institute Competition).  Her first album, Never Never Land was #3 on the U.S. Jazz chart , and her next, Come Dream with Me, hit #1.  Her current Tour starts at Birdland - any questions?
